해양폐기물(플라스틱, 유리, 병뚜껑 등)을 활용하여 환경오염으로 위기를 겪고 있는 해양동물의 모습을 제작하여 지속가능한 해양보전의 의지 표명한다. 해양도시 부산 생태계의 미래 지속성을 염원하는 의미에서 희망의 상징인 고래를 형상화한다.
